So I came up with this tag randomly last night while I was snuggled up in bed. Don't ideas come at the strangest times?
There I was scribbling down these questions as I thought of them and here it is!

I would love to one day finish the 'Mandie' series by Lois Gladys Leppard
It has like 40 books in it guys!



One book in a series that you thought was better than the rest of the series
Even though I haven't actually finished this series I really like the 2nd book in the 'Weddings By Design' series by Janice Thompson better than the first.



An aesthetically pleasing series that you own or want to own
Again the 'Weddings By Design' series. I need to own these!
The spines are also fun and bright!



Do you like series' or stand-alones better?
It depends really.
A stand-alone can be nice because it doesn't link up to anything and you don't feel like you have to continue but series are nice because you can get to know the characters better because you are with them longer. *sigh*




A series with cliffhangers
I can't think of one or I haven't read any yet.

The 'Hagenheim' series by Melanie Dickerson



Do you like series' to be numbered or not?
It is helpful if it does have the numbers on the spines so yes I do prefer it.

Though I have yet to read this series yet, the 'Medieval Fairytale' series by Melanie Dickerson
Do you prefer hardback or paperback series?
I know a few nice hardcover series but I generally prefer paperback so I'll have to say paperback.

'Little House on the Prairie' by Laura Ingalls Wilder
I am currently trying to collect my own copies of this wonderful series.

I love these editions! I got these from a book sale and they are a bit old and tattered but it makes me love them more.

'Men of Valour' series by Irene Hannon
I read the 2nd book in this series 'Thin Ice' first because I didn't realise that it was the 2nd book.




A book series you are due to reread
'Little House on the Prairie' by Laura Ingalls Wilder, yes it's been years since I have visited these wonderful stories about 'Half- Pint' and her life.

    I generally prefer paperbacks, too. *high fives*

    Haha, oh yes, the Mandie series . . . I only read (or partially read) a handful of them. There are so many!

    I agree with your thoughts on series vs. standalones. *nods* Typically I feel like I prefer standalones, but then it IS nice to get more time with the characters, as long as it doesn't start to feel like a chore . . .

    I need to re-read Little House, too. :)

June Favourites & Wrap-Up

via Unsplash Hello darlings! It's hard to believe we are already in the middle of the year of 2019! I almost forgot about posting this months favourites but now I am getting to it, if not a little late. June went by so fast. The Winter days have been lovely, with clear blue skies and crisp air. The morning frosts are magical when the sunshine glistens on the icy landscape. BOOKS  I am going to change thing up a bit here. Starting this month I'll share a wrap-up of all the books I read in that month and then tell you which books were my favourites! In the month of June I read/finished a total of six books!
